We at Just Gaga make every effort to ensure all our customers are satisfied with all their orders. However if you are not entirely satisfied with your order received we will be happy to exchange or refund the item(s) providing the item(s) are returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions and methods of return:

  • All purchase(s) must be returned to us unworn and in the original condition you received it from us.
  • Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless product is faulty.
  • Please enclose the returns form, filling in all required fields. If the form has been misplaced, download here.
  • We strongly recommend all exchanges and returns are returned to us by recorded delivery. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
  • Goods returned to Just Gaga are at your expense, but we will however send your exchange out to you by recorded delivery free of charge. If incorrect item(s) is sent to you by Just Gaga we will refund the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
  • You will receive all refund credit, cheque or exchanged order (subject to stock) within 7 working days of us receiving goods. Just Gaga endeavours to process this as swiftly as possible.
  • All refunds will be made to the original payer and will not be processed without a receipt.
  • All exchange items will also incur a 15% restocking charge. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • All approved refunds (subject to conditions of return policy) will be made excluding our delivery charge to you at time of dispatch.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RETURN

  • The return of any item via the Just Gaga website or any other authorised media within 14 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of all or part of your order.
  • Goods must be returned to Just Gaga in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • For goods received at discount/offer at time of purchase will no longer be applicable if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and refunds will be adjusted accordingly. Your statutory rights are considerably enhanced by this.
